This was an awesome deal for the money. Enjoyed the 9 sea days. Lots of activities during the day to keep you busy. The dining room service was outstanding. I am somewhat of a pillow snob so our room steward found a feather pillow to my liking. We weren't too excited about the entertainment. It seemed to be a bit weak as compared to other cruises we have been on. We really enjoyed the ...

Cruise Director..Michaela was one of the best we've ever had embarcation was worst ever ! RCCL needs to improve their secondary terminal in FLL. Got a sinus infection after walking 150 yards downpour to get to terminal. Completely drenched. Diamond Lounge concierge (G) was outstanding! Main dining room food was very good. Staff was very good. Winchester Cafe very crowded for breakfast ...

Excellent trans-Atlantic cruising experience on Freedom of the Seas We just returned from a two week Portugal and Spain trans-Atlantic cruise on the RCL Freedom of the Seas. This was our first cruise on the Freedom and fourth in this class. It was our 40th RCL cruise and 92 overall cruises. Others have noted the trend in the cruise industry for the bean counters to chip away at previously ...

Never tried a trans-Atlantic crossing before. If you don't want to be on the water for 8 straight days, this isn't the cruise for you! That said, it was relaxing and enjoyable. Entertainment and food were great. Diamond lounge was handled admirably, considering there were something like 1200 Diamond members on board this cruise! Ports of call were fun; I could have spent a lot more time in ...

I have always wanted to do a transatlantic cruise and this one was reasonably priced. All of the ports were interesting. I particularly liked Mallorca and Barcelona, where i am staying a few days. Barcelona is a beautiful city and I highly recommend the Hotel Diagonal. They food and entertainment on the ship were great. The Chefs Table special dinner was excellent. I would highly recommend ...

We have completed many Transatlantics including a previous one on Jewel of the Seas. We particularly like the relaxing sea days and getting to know other passengers, so joining activities onboard is a big plus for us. Embarkation and travel to San Juan was part of the package was well organised as was the disembarkation and return journey from Rome. We arrived the day before departure, giving ...

We chose this cruise because it went to the destinations we wanted. We had been on this ship in December and were disappointed and afraid this time would be also not good. !. It was always noisy (loud music) even in the café. Some people like quiet. There are bars for loud music. 2. Food was considerably better than in December. You still don't understand "my time" means it's about me ...

The room w as spacious we enjoyed the large balcony and the view from the back of the ship even if it was a long walk. Our steward Wesley was efficient and friendly. Our dining room servers were good and everything was in a timely manner. The bad side of the main dining room was that the selection of food was poor what you got was good but I should not have to go to a special dining room for a ...

Love transatlantic cruises... plenty of time to relax and explore. Entertainment was quite varied ... something for everyone. We like to travel casual and find that these cruises allow us to dress down even on formal nights ... we enjoy the variety at the Windjammer so when everyone is putting on their best we can still be comfy and not feel out of place. For the most part the crew was very ...

Our first transatlantic cruise. Signed up for another . I really loved the sea days. The food at Chops was exceptional but went the second night and the restaurant was jammed . The service was slow. Understandable. Too many of the Diamond Plus wanted to take advantage of the two for One. The photo department operated differently from other ships I had been on. I wanted to have the ...
