Food quality at the Windjammer, poor. Food quality at the main dinner room, poor. Entertainment options for families, poor. Room size small. Pools over crowded. Entertainment for teenagers (13 - 16) very poor. Food quality at Park Cafe, poor. Staff, unfriendly. Staff serving food areas are unfriendly and rude. Hard to get a smile or hello from the people waiting on tables in the main ...

We normally sail on Carnival but we booked Royal Caribbean because the Carnival ship is being refurbished. We had a wonderful time! Getting on and off the ship went very smoothly for us. This ship is beautiful and we liked the layout, very easy to get around. The staff is also wonderful. We loved the putt putt golf, The Las Vegas Tenors, the magician, the comedian and the last night show with ...

My husband and I joined a friend who wanted to go on this cruise because it fit her schedule. The 3 of us shared an OCEAN BALCONY STATEROOM (she slept in the bunk!). The Brilliance is larger than our first cruise about 15 years ago in the Mediterranean - it was a port-intensive cruise (i.e., a floating hotel) - neither of us remember a pool or kids on that 7 day trip. This was quite different - ...

This was my first cruise. I cruised with my mother, who has been on seven Royal Caribbean cruises and 15 cruises overall. She talked Royal Caribbean up big time, so I was very excited. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. Let me first start with the staff...they were amazing. None of the following comments have anything to do with the staff we interacted with. Cintia, our room attendant, ...

We are a retired couple in our late 60s. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We flew in the day before embarkation. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Westshore. The hotel provided shuttle service both from the airport and to the cruise port. The shuttle service was excellent. We have cruised more than a dozen times and embarkation for this cruise was the smoothest we have ever ...

I won this cruise and wanted to leave from Tampa so I didn't have to drive to Miami. The Rhapsody was available so I booked it. The ship is not huge but not small- it was a nice size for lounging around. The ship departed on time, ports of call were great and we left and arrived each port without issue. The crew/staff were pretty amazing and very friendly except for one individual. But that did ...

We chose this cruise because we had never been to Key West, Belize or Costa Maya and we were not disappointed. Would like to have spent more time in Key West as we did not dock until 11 am; so will return again some time in the future to spend more time there. We thoroughly enjoyed Belize and the jet boat ride to the Myan Ruins; what an amazing sight to see. Costa Maya was beautiful with a ...

Rhapsody Spring Break

The Rhapsody is the smallest ship I have cruised on and while some things about that are nice, I think I prefer larger ships. The problem for me seemed to be the Centrum area....where no matter what deck you were on, it was always loud from what was happening. You couldn't just sit and hang out in some form of quiet. And for those with rooms near the entrances to the centrum....OMG. ...

I chose this cruise for the itinerary. Food was great. They needed a kids pool and the entertainment and games needed to be planned better because of scheduling. We missed a lot because of dinner times. Also, the last day at breakfast should not matter what you wear because when it was formal nights people wore jeans and shorts. There was a room they needed to use more often instead of jamming ...
