My husband wanted to see the ruins. The service, people, food and entertainment was great. Embarkation and disembarkation went smooth, lines were not long, people were helpful, we were on time getting on and a little early getting off. it's a smaller ship, but it has a load of things to do. The captain is wonderful, you can tell he treats his employees very well, it shows in how they treat ...

We choose this cruise for the itinerary and timing. The ship had many activities in the centrum as well as excellent music. The featured shows were ok but only a fair rating for the singers and dancers. Service was slow in the specialty restaurants and the dining room. The food was good but frustrating due to long waits. Deck 8 was a very noisy deck. Could not get the cabin to cool sufficiently ...

-This was our 15th cruise, me, my wife, and 11 years old. -Room, 8544, floor to ceiling window was great, but that's where it ended! -The room is off of the lobby, music every night to midnight and chairs being moved around the pool at 7:00 AM and then they piped music off the lobby could be heard, if you knew the song, you could hear the words. -The ship rolled and shook for 7 straight ...

Disappointing....

Chose this cruise because it left Tampa and went to Belize and Key West, 2 sites we were very interested in. This was my 5th RC cruise and not what I expected; it was a big disappointment. I have sailed on Grandeur and liked the size, but the Rhapsoday is not like her sister. Our food and service was lacking; food was so bad we (party of 4) sent meals back to kitchen, food was not hot and ...

The ship was clean and the daily activities were fun. We had a large interior room, which was clean and spacious enough to not feel cramped. We ate breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer buffet lounge. The food was good. The breakfast choices became a bit repetitive and the baked goods were disappointing. Dry donuts and cookies. How hard is it to make a decent soft chocolate chip cookie? The ...

Royal Carribean employees are always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and smiling! They engage in pleasant conversation and are happy to share their Royal Carribean experience with guests. Royal Carribean employees are this company's best asset! Our cabin was tended at least twice a day, sometimes more. The linen service is outstanding, to even include changing out the shower curtain! We ...

We were looking for a short cruise that offered some adventure for our family. From the time we arrived at the airport to the time we arrived back, we knew we chose the correct company to cruise with. The staff were amazing and made you feel welcomed the entire time. The ship had all the amenities we needed to enjoy ourselves. Our cabin was comfortable and was maintained by a top notch crew. We ...

We did a 5 day to Cozumel and Grand Caymen. Originally we planned to land at 12:40 on embarkation day. We changed to the night before. We did receive an email asking us to board after 2 that I ignored. We arrived via Uber at 12. It was packed at pier 6. We are platinum members and were put in an expedited line...which was very expedited! We were on board in 15 minutes. Note, we heard some were ...

Really Not The Best

This cruise was a bit of a disappointment in many different aspects. Things at the pier both coming and going went well. Our cabin was fine except for the glass could have used some cleaning. The dining on this ship reminded me of Old Country Buffet. Just very sad without much creativity, imagination, or variety. The Windjammer buffet was terrible with the same stuff every day. The main ...

Food quality at the Windjammer, poor. Food quality at the main dinner room, poor. Entertainment options for families, poor. Room size small. Pools over crowded. Entertainment for teenagers (13 - 16) very poor. Food quality at Park Cafe, poor. Staff, unfriendly. Staff serving food areas are unfriendly and rude.
