Brilliance of the Seas is an older ship and could use a refresh but overall the ship is very comfortable and the staff was warm and friendly.
I would like to see the Park Café open for lunch to give an additional option when not at sea with the dining room open. The food in the Windjammer was sometimes not as hot as I would have liked but there was always plenty of options.

I have to get the bad out first. This could have been a 5 star cruise but for one very disappointing and annoying reason. We live just over an hour from Tampa and sail from there frequently. We have been on all the Radiance Class ships and enjoy the size and amenities Brilliance and her sisters offer. The departure date was our 30th anniversary. The port of Tampa was very easy and plenty of staff on hand to point people in the right direction. A little confusion with setting up entrance lines but no big deal.

This was my 24th cruise with various companies - my favorite being Princess. I think because this was only a 5 night, it makes a difference in most ways.
