We do love RC but this last cruise is making us not want to cruise again...at least with them if they don’t change smoking area.. the ship stunk of cigarettes, even by the main pool! In the central stage area inside...smoke filled areas from Casino (which we only walked through)by Sunday we had it! The so called couch bed for granddaughter blocked the path to the bathroom! Departure was ok ...

We took this cruise to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. So we splurged on the Grand Suite (one bedroom). We also did the unlimited drinks package and the unlimited specialty dining package. The most outstanding thing about this cruise was the service. Literally every crew member deserved 5 stars for customer service. Our last cruise went not so well and we had serious customer service ...

This was only our second time cruising. First time on Royal Caribbean. This was an amazing cruise! Brilliance of the Seas is an older and smaller ship, but it was perfect for us. It was just me and my husband. The ship was clean and very nice. The service on the ship was fabulous! The food was very good. We ate in the Windjammer Cafe, the Minstrel Dining Room and at Chops (twice). I got a ...

Was originally booked on Celebrity but felt Royal fits us better. Tampa is a two hour drive for us so we planned for a 12 o'clock arrival. We were slightly delayed by traffic, so the folks at Park4Cruise called to check on us. From the time we pulled into the lot, until we were on the pool deck was less than 20minutes. Embarkation was fast and smooth. Debarkation was likewise fast and ...

We are a group of 9 families with kids aged between 7 and 17. We were onboard "Brilliance of Seas" sailing from Tampa to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. This is my first cruise and my review may not be useful for comparing with other cruise lines or between ships of Royal Carribean. Embarkation and disembarkation are exceptional. Smooth and fast. Ship - I heard a lot of reviews regarding the ship ...

Very disappointing cruise.

We chose this cruise because it was in Tampa and we have enjoyed past cruises on Royal Carribean. They were not forthcoming with basic information. The crew was not as friendly as past cruises. The noise over the balcony was upsetting. The whole point of having a cabin with a balcony is so you can relax on it and enjoy the peaceful ocean. The coffee and hot water for tea was constantly empty. ...

Close to home cruise after numerous years of European cruises! Nice change, easy checkin and departure (we self assisted !) Mostly ate in MDR and food overall, except for the beef, was good. I have a low sodium diet and head waiter did excellent job with this. We choose foods we have enjoyed in past, like the lamb shanks and duck and this works well. Enjoyed the string trio, the Schooner ...

Still on board the Brilliance making our way back to Tampa. This ship is fantastic! She is getting older but she is in perfect shape. This ship does not have all the fancy new things of her gigantic sisters, but what she lacks in fancy things, she makes up with outstanding service. We had a balcony cabin and it was impeccable from day one. Everything worked and the state room attendant was on ...

Very Nice Four Night Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

We chose this particular cruise because it departed from the Port of Tampa, was four nights long and went somewhere (Cozumel) that we wanted to go. The departure date dovetailed with our plans for early December, and we knew that we would not be dealing with loads of spring break teens and young adults. Embarkation was from Terminal 3 and was both smooth and rapid - fastest and most hassle-free ...
