We booked this cruise as our yearly family vacation. The cruise ship, the staff, the food, the ports of call were all amazing and everyone had an awesome time. Our waiters were absolutely fantastic. Mohamed and Prem made certain our family was taken care of from the moment we sat down, until the dessert plates cleared. We were all treated like royalty. They entertained us and practically became ...

Been away from RCCL for 10 yrs and cruise other companies reason being they wanted to charge me double for a single. So I went to NCL and love solo cabins. So since not single I wanted to go back Everything was great except room service messed up a lot on my royal gifts Excursion 2 great and 1 not best in Cozumel and Costa Maya Belize so crazy What’s really good when you go on a ...

Chose this cruise because of our proximity to Tampa. Embarkation and debarkation were the fastest and easiest of any cruise we've taken. The food and service in the main dining room was excellent. The food on the lido was very good also. The ship is getting old and shows it. It is very clean though. The main disappointment was the casino. The smoke is over powering and the variety of machines is ...

What you need to do before you book is read the small print! The additional gratuities and the cost of drinks were excessive. Our trip to Chichin Itza (our main objective) proved to be a five hour round bus trip for only one and a half hours on site. We would like to have spent much longer at the Mayan Ruins which we found to be stunning. Our guides for the day were enthusiastic, well ...

We did the 2018-19 New Years cruise. There was a group of 10 of us who have all cruised before with Roal Caribbean and Celebrity. Unfortunately this ship was awful. It must be 50 years old and ready for the graveyard because the creaks and shaking it makes felt like we was about to sink many times. The ship was small with hardly anything to do on it. The activities was sparse and the shows ...

This is our second cruise and went with extended family this time. I really don't love cruises in general, but this served it's purposes for a family reunion. We really loved the size of the ship, as I didn't feel it was too crowded even though it was over Christmas. The teenage boys were a bit bored, so I think a bigger ship with more activities would've suited them better. The food is excellent ...

We booked a getaway cruise over the Xmas holiday to the Caribbean (Key West, Cozumel, Belize, Costa Maya) on the Rhapsody of the Seas to escape the cold and in-laws, but I think I'd rather had stayed home for all the issues and the unbelievable and nearly unending noise we had to endure in our cabin. We are not new to cruising, but this was only our second, and probably last, one with Royal ...

Especially as a Holiday / Christmas cruise, this was completely disappointing. Decorations are basically one christmas tree. Shows and musicians were all "canned" performances with no christmas theme. Food was pathetic as well as the handling and preparation. I understand how so many contracts ecoli. The first 2 days the food in the main dining room tasted like ...
