The ship was nice. We have sailed on her Sister the Navigator and we love this class of ship. However the refit in areas wasn't so great. The entertainment was shockingly awful in the theater however the Ice show in Studio B was simply incredible! The cabin was fantastic I couldn't have asked for more and our steward was one of the nicest men you could ever wish to meet. The Dining was fantastic ...

We frequently visit family in Australia and wanted to combine it with something different, and this cruise fitted in well with our timings. We know Sydney very well and it was nice to board a cruise there. Embarkation at Circular Quay could have been a tad better organised, at least outside the terminal. When there are 3500 passengers all wanting to get on board the scrum for getting rid of ...

This was the first time my wife and I have cruised with Royal after cruising 4 times with Celebrity. We were expecting it to be a bit less quality to Celebrity. But it wasn't at all. The ship is 18 years old. Royal have done a great job keeping the ship in good condition. There isn't really anything to complain about. All the bars are great, the specialist restaurants were amazing. The main dining ...

I have just been on the most amazing cruise on the Radiance of the Seas from Sydney, Australia to Honolulu, Hawaii, over 17 nights - departing on the 17th of April 2018. I cannot speak highly enough of everything about the cruise. 1. The staff were brilliant - they could not do enough to help in everyway possible. 2. The food in all restaurants was just amazing with the quality and choice being ...

We spent a couple of weeks exploring Auckland, NZ and New South Wales before boarding the ship in Sydney, Australia. The CC Roll Call Group met for a pre-cruise dinner in Sydney the night before embarkation. We stayed at the Amora Jamison Hotel, which was very nice and convenient for walking our suitcases to the ship, followed by a very easy embarkation. I should say that we had terrific ...

I have done 4 cruises before including one with RCI but this was my partners first. Due to her work we were restricted to a cruise in the school holidays. The ship was full lots of kids as expected. We found the ship managed well with the numbers and although there where a few annoying things like kids pressing all the buttons on the lifts to slow them down it was an enjoyable cruise. My ...

We had an amazing time, everything was outstanding. I think that the only catch is the shops are very expensive, some stuff sold on the ship could have been a bit more cheaper! The Wifi if very expensive, which is very unnecessary to charge for it! The food at the buffet was delicious, we had a great variety of options and different everyday, which is nice. The staff were very nice and friendly, ...

Because we wanted to be cruising for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. This is a lovely mid size ship. The cabins weren't large and bathrooms area small but managable. We were booked into My Time Dining which suited us and the friends we travelled with, Dining service was very good 9 out of 10 meals were good. We did dine at Giovanni's Speciality Restaurant which was amazing. Entertainment was ...

Disappointing Not Family Friendly

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Voyager of the Seas

We had saved for about four years to go on this voyager cruise to the pacific. We wanted a family friendly cruise for our family two children 8&10. We choose to go in April school holidays as did many other families too, assuming it would be well catered for, for families. Upon arriving on board and throughout the cruise we were plied with drinks packages and also a dinner package where we ...
