Loved our Second Trip on Her!!

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

This was our second trip and she looks lovely. One thing I would like to note, with all the passengers on this ship we never saw any trash except for glasses that we, the guests, sat on the floors in the hallways. I think that is amazing and they were cleaning all of the time. I especially liked the cleaner who was washing down the hand rails in the stairs. We were in cabin 7360 and our steward ...

We chose the cruise for it's ports and two sea days. Unfortunately hurricane Irma and Maria had other plans. Our favorite island St Maarten was hit very hard. We kept checking the internet for updates and Royal was very quick with letting travelers know what the plans were. First, I would like to say how proud I am of RCL for their humanitarian efforts with aiding those in need. RCL has been our ...

Seamless addition of St. Kitts to itinerary

Loyal RCCL cruiser (Diamond). Sad that St. Martins is still recovering but St. Kitts seamlessly added to itinerary with best shore excursion of the cruise (did the kayaking and snorkeling which was great). Staff very passionate about the recovery work they helped perform. Overall, a good cruise with excellent service aboard the ship. Officers some of the most approachable I have ever met, ...

We chose cruise for the itinery...A,B,Cs ....and were not disappointed. In Aruba we spent the day at the Rui resort, very nice. Rented golf carts to see Bonaire. Drove out to Jibe City for lunch and swimming. Saw old synagogue in Curacao...most interesting. It's the oldest in the Western Hemisphere still in operation. Don't miss the museum on grounds. Didn't do much in St. Kitts although it ...

Just don’t book this cruise!

We booked this cruise because we loved Royal Caribbean and all of our previous 5 cruises with them. This particular cruise was disappointing, to put it politely. Fellow cruisers were rude, obnoxious and, at times, out of control. Seasoned cruisers at our dining table made these same observations and, were discussing other cruise lines for their future cruise experiences. Entertainment was subpar ...

Great Cruise But Other Guests Ruined The Experience

I am a Royal Caribbean Cruiser and have been for 5+ years . The ship's appearance and up-keep are well maintained and the staff are friendly. I love the entertainment and activities provided. The cabin service was good and both the embarkation and disembakation went cleanly and very smoothly. With all of that said, my husband and I were excited and looking forward to our vacation aboard but we ...

Staff on Adventure

Unbelievable how well Royal Caribbean handled this cruise after the hurricane. The staff had been through so much prior to our boarding but they were the best of any staff I can ever recall. Remarkable how well embarkation and disembarkation went considering the circumstances in San Juan. Only complaint would be muster. Standing outside in the extreme heat waiting for inconsiderate passengers ...

A disaster turned delight

We sailed on Adventure October 14, second cruise after Hurricane maria. We were not at all looking forward to the cruise after the horrendous damage to Puerto Rico. We felt as though we had no right to go there taking a luxury cruise when people were suffering. However, not being able to cancel without losing money, we reluctantly went. It was one of the best ever! First we were upsold to an ...

This boat needs renovation badly. The decor, food, entertainment and excursions were all sorely lacking. The bathroom was dingy and had an unpleasant odor. The carpet in our room was ripped. There were only two outlets and none near the bed. Try charging two phones, an ipad and two kindles. The excursions were awful. Expensive and no value for the money. Not one of the snorkeling sites had ...

Overall great cruise

I am a loyal Royal Caribbean cruiser. The prices are reasonable. The ships’appearance and upkeep are well maintained. The staff for the most part is friendly (one exception, I found the Guest Service Staff to be rude at times and not friendly — they are in need of customer service training). As usual the room attendants and wait staff (dining room, restaurants, bars, and Windjammer) were great. ...
