The boarding and disembarkation is well executed unfortunatley we did not have time to see Puerto Rico. First the bad: We discovered that they had subsidized the rooms out for the people affected by the hurricane that hit San Juan. This resulted in a very pro Hispanic/Puerto Rican cruise and a very full cruise. Had enjoyed previous cruise on RC, so we went back to that line this trip. This trip, the ship was crowded and loud all the time. Loud music played constantly on the main outside deck (11), hard to find any peace and quiet on deck. Reminded us of a Carnival party cruise.
