This ship is a wonder to behold. It's huge! And because there are some larger areas broken up into sections (Royal Promenade, Boardwalk, Central Park, the pool deck, the Solarium), it doesn't tend to feel quite as crowded. There are also lots of music venues to choose from (the pub, the Schooner bar, Dazzles, Jazz on 4, Boleros), so you will find something to enjoy there too.

A family of 5....kids are 6, 8, 10. This was our 1st Royal cruise. We have been on 3 NCL ones prior. The quality of the kids club was outstanding!!!!! The crowd was great - since the drinking packages are more expensive there was none of the crazy drunks like on NCL (didn't like that). So that's 2 great things - nice people and great kids club.

The ship was beautiful especially Central Park and the Promenade. The food was excellent in the main dinning room for dinner. We are Diamond Plus members and have done many cruises on Royal. Has been pretty good in the past but this time we had way too many small kids everywhere. the adults only solarium contains a "pool" which is nothing more than a glorified hot tub and had sunscreen floating on top of the water.
