I love cruising out of NJ on Royal Caribbean Anthem. Thought I’d give Adventure of the Sea a try. Very disappointed. Ship was overcrowded, entertainment was mediocre, food was mediocre, coffee was awful (like drinking burnt mud). Service was good. Ship is old and shows it. I dislike this cruise so much I am writing this review from my deck instead of enjoying my vacation. First the food..... terrible. The quality the times that restaurants are open are both terrible. We traveled with 6 other friends. The Anthem went to Bermuda, St.Maarten, Puerto Rico, and Labadee. Our cabin was a Junior Suite with a large balcony (what a room!!).
