On July 26, 2018 My husband and I cruise On Anthems of the Sea. It’s a large ship that can be very crowded. Let’s first start with the Prositive. Most of the staff was very friendly. Washing hands is encouraged throughout the ship. There were lots of variety for food choices and for the most part the food was tasty. Port of calls were excellent. Drinks if you didn’t buy the package cost as ...

Anthem is a big ship with lots to do. Our family of 4 + my sister and her family of 6 had a blast. There was lots of pool space (big splash pad, main pool, indoor pool, and adults only pool). I do wish they had poolside food like a french fry or nacho station. They have a Johnny Rockets outside next to the pool but you have to pay for it. In the sports play area, they had bumper cars, roller ...

Previously sailed on Anthem to the same ports, when she first arrived in NJ. Not a very good experience. Poor service, long lines for elevators, mediocre food and generally not a happy ship. This trip was just the opposite. Embarkation was seamless for all 7 of us. Cape Liberty Cruise Port is well organized as far as helping you drop off your luggage and park. Very smooth operation. Took ...

We just returned from a 9-night cruise aboard Anthem and found it to be my perfect vacation! I have so many memories to process and pictures to sort, so I am going to organize my review by category. Feel free to jump around or skip what you are not interested in. I won’t be offended – heck, I won’t even know! I hope some of you will find it useful or even just enjoy re-living your own Anthem ...

We wanted a Caribbean cruise from NYC were we planned to spend 5 nights in advance of the cruise. Although he had visited all the islands before with the exception of Bermuda we had never been on Anthem. The ship is very easy to navigate. It’s also fairly new and fresh. The staff at the dining room, bar etc were all excellent. Food is standard as per the other ships we have been on. Drink ...

My wife and I scheduled this cruise as a convenient and varied way to spend time with her mother. While getting on and off the ship should have been a breeze, it was very smooth boarding and transferring from the airport, but disembarkation was a nightmare: no taxis for 45 minutes while hundreds of us stood in the rain waiting. Sigh … it wasn't RCCL's fault, but they come and go from Bayonne ...

We attended this cruise with the guest Dance school that preformed on-board twice, which my daughter was part of. Food was excellent. I found windjammers to serve a bit to heavy foods for lunch. but everything was great. Solarium Bistro which served Mediterranean food was the best on board. We where in the mytime and classic dinning rooms and food was always great and great staff. a little ...

Pros: Food was very good.Service was outstanding !!!! There were plenty of things to do, great ports, relaxing, staterooms. Cons: Adult beverages a bit too high. It would be nice if the tipping on drinks were optional. Seating with 5000 people sometimes difficult but workable. Casino "house rake" too high at the hold em table. Actually, I would suggest adding a second table as well. Frankly, I ...

I genuinely couldn’t fault out RCI Cruise, the experience was amazing from start to finish, Just a minor glitch when collecting our onboard Photographs which took about 30 Minutes to sort out but got there in the end, Our Room attendant did a fantastic job his Name was Allison Dublin who left our berth spotlessly clean and greeted us with a pleasant smile and friendly Chat and the Towel ...
