Love Royal Carribeant. Having been cruising with them since 1997 and it is my most favorite type of vacation. The food is fantastic the crew and all of their ships are gorgeous. I highly recommend any of their ships as they are very accommodating. I have never been disappointed on RCCL. The value that you get on their cruises is phenomenal. My parents did another cruise line twice and ...

Fantastic Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. We previously switched from another cruise line because of recommendations from friends plus we wanted to try it for ourselves. When we arrived to Bayonne, NJ, the entire process to get on the cruise was effortless. Where it took us over an hour the last cruise we went on, it took us roughly 15 minutes with Royal. Our cabin was great. We had the ...

Rethinking Loyalty to Royal Caribbean. Beware Rear Starboard Side Balcony Rooms

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

We are loyal Royal Caribbean cruisers and we were happy to reach Platinum Level. we have sailed with Princess and Disney also in the past but a majority with Royal. We have cruised on the Oasis and Freedom class ships but first time on the Quantum class. We are very easy going cruisers and know things happen, but due to our experience with this ship we are questioning our loyalty and may decide ...

Such a great time!

This was great! Our whole family went. We had four adjacent ocean balcony rooms. My husband and I in one. My three daughters (early 20s) in the next. My one daughter and son-in-law in the next, and my oldest daughter, son-in-law, and 2 1/2 year old granddaughter in the last. Our cabin attendant, MC, opened the dividers on the balconies, so we could all sit out together. It was great! Also ...

Could have been better, could have been worse

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

My mom and I cruised Anthem to Bermuda in June. We cruised RCCL to Bermuda about 7 years ago and wanted to go back on a newer ship. Being that we live in NJ, the convenience of leaving out of Bayonne was great. Checking in was easy - we got to the port at 10:30 and boarded soon after. Cabins are not available until 1PM, so we wandered around the ship and then headed to the Windjammer for lunch. ...

8 Day trip to Bahamas, Bermuda and Coco Cay

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

Just came back from an 8 day cruise to the Bahamas, Bermuda and Coco Cay. The main dining room had fantastic food, our servers were great, no issue. Our stateroom attendant was great too. The majority of the cruise ships were friendly. The imperial lounge had 1 female bartender that I felt need to go to training again.. one of the most nasty bartender I ever met. The rest of the ...

Great ports, decent ship!

We chose this cruise because we loved the ports and wanted to drive to Cape Liberty to avoid flying. Embarking and disembarking was fast and easy. Our inside cabin was tiny, only 150 square feet, but we were only in it to sleep, so we made do. Our son is 15, and he made friends the first night onboard, but the teens had to find stuff to do on their own, since activities were lacking. They gave ...

No COLD water in stateroom and rude service in windjammer

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

We chose this cruise because it went to CoCo Cay. After getting our room we noticed that there was no cold water just hot water either on cold or hot, stateroom 1362. We notified the guest services and maintenance throughout the 8 night cruise. Not only did they say it was fixed, but then there was no water at all when you turned it to cold. After several attempts to fix the issue they said ...

Family cruise to a new area. The Adventure of the Seas is a well-run ship, and we experienced no troubling issues as we have on other RCI ships. We were pleased. The Adventure of the Seas staff had a Salute to Veterans on last sailing day which was a memorable, moving meeting of about 40-50 veterans of all military branches and ranks. Many wore identifying hats of their ships or branch of ...

Got the Royal shaft from RCL

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Anthem of the Seas

Well just got back today from my second RCL cruise and definitely my last. I have been on 14 cruises and this was the worst one I’ve ever been on. My husband, son and I had a balcony room on the 11th floor. I will say the room was nice and stayed very cool throughout the whole voyage. That was great. There was nothing else positive. Food was just ok in the buffet. Very little variety. A little ...
