This was going to be a restful, relaxing birthday cruise. I sailed with my adult son. I am a D+ and he is a D. We both sailed in our own owners suite. I'm just giving status to advise how to not treat loyal members, willing to spend money.

This was the first cruise that I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff was top notch. The ship was beautiful and clean. The variety of entertainment was exceptional. First & last Cruise! Our experience was so poor 9/24/18 that they offered us a free cruise at the end & we declined! There is not one corner of this ship that is peaceful. Security & Check-in:
The process was flawless, we brought a bottle of wine each and the security lady in Miami didn't even take out of the bag to check them. It took us less than 30 minutes for security, check-in, and boarding, this was around 1:30 pm.

The staff were great despite the issues getting out of the Port of Miami. Slightly longer and more cumbersome check in process than what we have been accustomed to.
