Amazing cruise and honeymoon

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

We chose this cruise due to the itinerary and destinations and had never been on a cruise before. After this cruise I have to say that we're now complete cruise converts. Such an easy way to travel from check in, to ports to departure. The ship was beautiful with a great choice of bars and restaurants. There was always something to do even on the days we were at sea. The only thing that ...

Grubby ship, British themed entertainment and luke warm food.

We chose this cruise because of the amazing destinations. Traveling through the Baltic, stopping in Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Finland and finishing up in St.Petersburg in Russia. The destinations did not disappoint...but the food and entertainment were abysmal. The ice show was spectacular...but if all went downhill from there. It was similar to a 70’s holiday camp type entertainment with ...

Although the ship is in need of a few repairs, all in all its still in good shape. The entertainment is good in all areas especially the main theatre. Service is good as you would expect from Royal. The highlights have been with the tours we have chosen. With the cruise tours been to expensive with went with Alla Tours and I have to say they are the best we have ever had from a cruise ...

After numerous holidays in the same destination, we thought our 2 young 7+9 year olds would love a change. This ship did not disappoint at all. Lots to do on board. Sky pad, rock wall. Body surfing. Splash away bay. Later tag. Ice rink. The night time entertainment. We encounter 3 young lads who were enjoying their holidays but seemed to forget there were other people at the show, ...

A fairly good cruise with a few disappointments along the way.

We chose this cruise as we are big fans of this ship and wanted to see the outcome of the refit. Our embarkation was very smooth and we were on the ship within about 20 mins. Our cabin, a Grand Suite was lovely and our suite attendant Johann was great, looking after us brilliantly. We choose my time dining, although we booked it for 8.30 pm every evening we attended. We asked for the same ...

"Sardine Ship Of The Seas"

My 75th birthday treat and Bucket List "Go on a BIG SHIP". 4,128 passengers, 1,600 sunbeds. Overcrowded by about 1,000 passengers too many. Queues everywhere. Despite valiant staff service at bars is appalling that's if you can get a seat. On non sun days there is an acute shortage of seats. Hence the high amount of scooters as this is the only way to guarantee a seat. The food in the MDR is ...

I though I’d add here of my experience of my recent cruise onboard the new renovated Independence of the Seas between the 2-16th June. I’ll start off by saying it was the sixth cruise with RCI, once onboard the Voyager and the fifth on the Indy. Each time I’ve been I’d recommend RCI to everyone, but not anymore the Independence I’m afraid, the refurbishment with the additional rooms which brings ...

this cruise was for a 50 wedding anniversary , and because we did not want to fly we sailed from Southhampton that was probably the only plus . Once onboard its to late damage is done ,for a ship that's had a multi million pound refit its hard to see were they spent the money .Then after a couple of days you find out ,cabin was a balcony quite shabby really towels were all hard like carboard and ...

We booked this cruise after a great experience last year on Navigator - unfortunately, whilst not awful, this holiday failed to meet expectations. Boarding was painless, and the cabin, 7408 was at the stern and had a really spacious balcony. However, the overall feeling throughout the two weeks was one of being in an overcrowded environment - I understand the the recent refurbishment has ...
