This was our first cruise and we loved it. Royal Caribbean staff were all very good and focused on ensuring we had a great time. We arranged our own travel to and from the ship which went well. The check in process was fairly seamless inc our bags being taken from back of taxi to our cabins so we could immediately enjoy and explore the ship.

Boarding in Southampton is so easy and the staff are very informative. Unfortunately there had been an outbreak of norovirus on the previous cruise but staff gave us all the advice we needed for us to stay bug free for the 2 weeks cruising.

PORTS: Good cruise although length of stay at each port too short; needs to be longer to make the most of each stop. Some of the disembarking at ports was rather chaotic, with queues of guests winding through several stair wells for some time Not great when the length of stay at each port is short.

The was not a classy cruise. More like benidorm on sea! And some of the tattooed specimens on board would have been more at home there. Far too overcrowded. Impossible to get a sun lounger due to people reserving all day(and security doing nothing!). We picked this cruise mainly for our 15 year daughter who loves meeting teens from all over the world. 14 days and no flight sounded a good idea.
This was our 4th cruise and 3rd one with RCI.
While it was excellent it simply wasn’t up to the standard of our previous cruises on Rhapsody and Harmony. Far, far too overcrowded.

We chose this ship as we enjoyed it so much last June. If the booking agent on ship had told us of the changes to accommodate more of families and teenagers we would not have booked.
