Customer service specifically Dining and Housekeeping were amazing. We were served by Filipino staff and they all met our highest expectations. We were served our own food and it sure was a plus in our dining experience. The shows and activities were all world class. The cruise director was great putting those all together. Fun and Relaxation were all there. Enjoyed just laying in the sun ...

I chose this cruise for a graduation gift for myself and my daughter, I thought Royal Carribean would be better than my prior cruises given the high cost of the cruise. The entertainment was ok but could have been better, food was average, ok stewards that attended to my room, clean room but toilet constantly smelled like strong urine, shouldn't have been so if the room was actually clean since ...

Very good first experience. RCCL is definitely one of the best.

The entertainment aboard was very nice and well done. Lots of different activities for all ages while at sea. The stateroom was very good size and clean. As soon as we step out of the room the beds were done and the bathroom clean and ready to go. Pools were great but a bit crowded when we were at sea. Bit long lines for the water slides but as expected. They were amazing anyways. Worth ...

We are young husband-wife cruise takers that decided to try a few cruise line before settling on one. Started with carnival 5 day cruise, princess 7 days, and now royal Caribbean. First of all, boarding from Galveston was a mess. There was a screwup with IT that took them about an hour to figure out how to overcome. There should be a plan in place in case something like this happens.. took the ...

Poor Disembarkation Experience

My wife and I are experienced cruise travelers, having been on 17 cruises prior to this cruise. This was our first time cruising on Royal Caribbean. The majority of our previous cruises have been longer cruises of 14 or 15 days. However, this was our third family cruise of 7-nights that consisted of 12 aduts plus 7 children ages 2 to 13. We made all cruise arrangements and paid all the expenses ...

I loved It! Absolutely amazing, I can't wait to go again. The best cruise I've been on so far. I miss it so badly. Being 17 at the time, there were so many things to do, from teen events, a teen living room, pools, slides, hot tubs, a videogame arcade, and so much more. The food was amazing, I had a burger almost everyday because they were sooooo good, and even the lemonade was dreamy. The staff ...

After numerous cruise line research, Royal Carribean reviews were the best!! Royal carribean seemed to accommodate more to our needs and expectations. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child), and we were all pleased. My boys enjoyed the pool, sports complex, and the night life at the bars and clubs. It’s ammenities were excellent, for there was something for everyone regardless the age! As ...

We have gone on 9 cruises with Royal Caribbean and each and every one was a great experience. The first two we went on were with 10 family members. That one got us hooked and we have continued to go on Royal Caribbean ever since. The main dining room is awesome with great food every night including the appetizers to the main course and finishing off with desssert. The Windjammer for breakfast ...

Great ship for most, but not all

Overall I really enjoyed the ship and staff. The food was awesome, the staff friendly, ship was nice and clean, any my room was very comfortable. I chose this ship because I personally needed a change from the previous 4 cruises on the same Carnival ship (I went on those to accompany my elderly parents). When your parents reach that age (80's) they get a little set in their ways. That ...

Excellent premium dining, and headliner shows; Cons: too many people on board

Overall a very good experience. On the plus side, premium dining (Chops/Giovanni's/Sabor) provide intimate setting and the food is plentiful and excellent and compete with any fine dining venue. The shows were also more entertaining that I had anticipated. On the negative side, there are simply too many people crammed onto these ships making popular activities like the pool deck and show ...
