Better than Allure of the Seas?!!!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Liberty of the Seas

Wow. Where do I begin. This was quite a pleasant surprise. Our first cruise was on the allure so I was worried that we might be underwhelmed. Yes this is a smaller and older ship but still very nice. We had such a great time it’s hard to pin point what exactly was the clincher. There was certainly a more personal connection with the staff on liberty. The food was DELICIOUS both in the windjammer ...

We love to cruise and this is an easy place to catch a cruise out of Galveston for us in Texas. The bigger ship in Galveston is a nice touch and we are grateful. I love the Liberty of the Seas class of ship because it offers so much for both adults and my kids. The dining rooms and the specialty restaurants are typical on my RCI ship and they didn't let us down, I will say the Chops ...

We chose to cruise because we wanted a different experience from all inclusive vacations. We will never cruise again A lot of wasted time Not much time on land and everything costs extra money including specialty restaurants that weren’t that great Chops is overrated Sabero’s Mexican was the best Buffet is terrible and super crowded Can’t get a seat often Waiters s don’t ...

Our Cruise was a wonderful celebration for my Grandmother's 100 year Birthday! We loved our island stops and enjoyed the Liberty of the Seas! Our girls had fun however they were a little disappointed in the lack of teen participation in some of the activities offered. The teen staff seemed to lack motivation, but quick to tell the parents and grandparents that they were not welcomed in "The ...

I celebrated my birthday on the Liberty of the Seas. They made it a grand occasion, singing to me in the dining room, and other special touches. My husband & I had cruised on the Liberty in April, and I noticed several improvements since then. The Windjammer buffet had improved their soups, pasta and salad bar selections. Both crisp and not crisp bacon were offered for breakfast, along with a ...

I had a previous vacation on this same cruise "Liberty of the Seas" great memories. So decided to have my vacation with Royal Caribbean again and it was great to find out it was the same cruise ship but with a different route. The staff are the best of the best! But hats off for the staff at the Windjammer. Nandan and Bobby as well as their supervisor are true professionals. They took ...

This is our first cruise on Royal Caribbean, hopefully it will be the last. The ship is somewhat dated but a recent refurbishment helps the ship maintain a reasonable comfort level. The embarkation was the most disorganized we have ever experienced. The facility simply cannot handle the number of passengers checking in. Expect lengthy delays and long waits in line. Entertainment was ...

We chose this cruise because of the ship amenities and the destinations. This ship was AMAZING. There was so much to do, from morning to night. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Food Quality and service in the Main Dining Room is best. You can order multiple entrees or desserts, whatever you like. Sorentos pizza was also delicious. The lines seem to move ...

Amazing Ship with Friendly Staff

The liberty of the seas was a beautiful ship with many things to do and see. The food was excellent with a large variety of items and wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On board information was easy to see on all levels by a daily itinerary displayed and how to get to each place. Love this as it was easy to get turned around. As a whole this was the best cruise I have been on and ...

Best ship out of Galveston based on my research and experience. Amazing ship with all the amenities you can imagine. Passionate crew and staff. Destinations were wonderful. Saturday Night Fever and ice-skating and Elvis show were my favorite. Better than previous cruise, but more expensive. You get what you pay for. The high-speed internet allows you to stream YouTube and Netflix, not that you ...
