I have cruised several times (over 10), including other RCCL ships and BY FAR this is the most disappointing.
Our stateroom (Deck 2 Oceanview) had stained carpets.... marks on the walls and pretty worn out.
The steward was pretty benign and not very helpful.

We were ready to go back to Roatan. Plus Galveston is only 5 hours away. So booked this cruise. Since our last cruise on this ship during January. It seemed a bit better.

We chose this cruise because we loved this ship when we sailed on it in April 2016. We remembered it to be very clean with great food and lots of fun. This trip (September, 2019) didn't quite measure up to our memory. But it was still a pretty nice get away.

Met up with some friends from Texas that we had met on a previous cruise. We had a ball together and it was a great way to end the summer. We had a wonderful trip on LoS. It was myself and my 31 year old daughter. The ship is beautiful decorated. The dining room has an elegant feel, even with all the hustle and bustle.

Loved our cruise but did not like lay out of cruise ship. Having to walk thru Casino maze to get to theater is crazy and just wrong. They don’t even lay out clear path way.
