Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

Took this cruise mainly because it was a different ship at our home Port. We we're not disappointed in the service and staff. After 15+ cruises on many different ships, the service on Enchantment was probably the best we've ever had. Our cabin attendant Priscilla was extremely efficient and accommodating, always with a smile. The Windjammer had one of the managers that was "Top Notch". Steven ...

We chose to go on the Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas 5/19/19 sailing because it was a great deal and we were making up for a really bad cruise experience we had in November (more on that in a second). I'm a teacher and it was difficult to be gone the last week of the school year, but the cruise was worth it! We went on RC's Brilliance of the Seas 5-night cruise in November 2018 but one of my ...

My wife and I booked a 7 day cruise on Liberty of the Seas out of Galveston mainly because we could drive to the port and not have to deal with all the challenges of airports and transfers. We have been on several cruises on Royal out of Galveston over the past 15 years, and this was our first time on Liberty of the Seas. The on-boarding process was fairly streamlined and was somewhat better ...

Traveled without children and just spouse. This was a very relaxing cruise. Activities during the day were not as much going on unless you wanted to shop. The cleanliness of the ship was top notch. Every corner was scrubbed clean. The service and attention to customers were also amazing. Cabin was spacious for an indoor room. Had a little sofa which was nice. Shower was a little small. ...

Great Cruise for Couples

We chose Liberty because Galveston is within driving distance from our hometown. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. Some of the ship’s decor is quite dated but it was very clean. Everyone who worked on the ship was friendly and provided excellent service. Many passengers were repeat passages from Texas, and probably 1/3 were senior citizens. They seemed to have a wonderful time on ...

This cruise was truly amazing. Easy embarkation. Easy debarkation. Food was fabulous in both Windjammer and main dining room. Only one BIG complaint. At the pool, it was dirty all the time! I know that cruisers are really messy sometimes, but the pool deck at all times was filthy. Dirty dishes everywhere. Dirty glasses everywhere. Where was the pool deck clean up. ? The drink service would ...

We started cruising in 1992. We go on 1 or 2 a year. My wife and I decided to go on Enchantment's first cruise out of Galveston. Boy are we glad we did. It was the best cruise in years. Yes the ship is older and yes it could use some more paint but the crew and the food more than makes up for it. The food was above expectations, especially the windjammer. The crew was unbelievable even though we ...

The room 3068 -good The Ship- ok lots of visible rust The coffee beverage card- insanely stupid and screws You over: buy a card $32-34 good for 15 drinks NOT!! It is treated as 1 mark off for every expresso shot. So if a drink is $3 or 5 if it has more than a single shot they will mark your card for every shot. $3 cost for an Americano they charge you 4 drinks on card. So you can only get ...

Left from Galveston. Very very fast embarkation. Very very fast debarkation. The ship was beautiful and clean. Our Jr Suite room was large and super nice. Loved the beautiful walk in closet and bathroom. The balcony was large and comfortable. The service was efficient and everyone smiled! The staff was so nice and courteous! The food was literally the best that we have ever experienced. We have ...
