As with all RCCL, they go for quantity rather than quality
Bigger is all that they have going for them along with more sports activities onboard than others.
Go expecting 3rd class with crowds and you won't be disappointed
RCCL corporate policies are the biggest downside to the whole experience, especially towels and up charges
The crew goes above and beyond trying to overcome RCCL ...
Food was above ave in main dining room, not so good in the Windjammer. Bars did nothave Kettle One Vodka and quickly ran out of Grey Goose. Bar tenders by the pool were great and wait staff by the pool worked hard to please. Wait staff in main dining room were very good although they were having to run to get things done. I lost my Seapass card and it was quickly replaced but they ended up ...
This cruise was a birthday gift from my husband.
Wonderful Service especially in the Galileo Dinng Room from NI and GAITREE
I would have liked more beef choices in the dinng room. My ratings for the Dining Room food are: Starters Choices - A(Excellent) Dinner Choices - C (Average)
Dessert Choices - A (Excellent)

I have been on the Oasis and Allure many times!
The rooms are great! Lots of storage! My only complaint was that the mattress was very hard!
The Ice show and the Aqua show were not as good as the Oasis and Allure.
Headliner was not good!
Cruise Director was very good!
Grease and Columbus! Were very good!
The Dining rooms was the biggest problem!
The service was terrible! ...
I have been on the Allure of the Seas twice and wanted to try the harmony...Great shows all over the ship. The shows are like going to a New York play...Ice skating was great...every show I went to was top notch...The food waiters where on top of everything that we wanted..It was my 50th wedding anniversary and the hotel manager surprised us with the most beautiful cake I ever saw and decorated ...
This is our 3rd time on Freedom of the Seas and I have to say the ship was looking a "little tired". In my opinion it could use a deep cleaning and overall update. It is just OK... but I expected more, as usual from Royal.
Cabin needed a through cleaning. Not up to Royal standards. The beds are ROCK hard, we don't like them like that.
Dining was ok in the late seating, but the Windjammer, ...
We coosed this ship for the Bat Mitzvha occasion for my daughter , the flowrider was the "trigger" but obviously all the sheep facilities, activities, food and service were above expectations and it was not our first and only cruise .
Highly recommended for families but not only. We traveled with thin angers and older child and all found their fun and enjoyed very very much , we will definitely ...
My wife and I took this cruse ship two years ago on our honeymoon and decided we wanted to book this ship again when we saw we could for our 2nd year anniversary! We booked a balcony because we had 3 days at sea, and a total of 8 days. The ports were very pretty, and we enjoyed all of them. Ship is a nice size, not too big and not too small. There are activities for everyone. Food is very nice ...
The Harmony is a brand new ship and slightly larger then the Oasis, which we cruised on last year. We really loved this ship. Even with the size of this ship and the amount of people it holds, we never had an issue with feeling it was too crowded. Recommend it for all ages! This ship had nice size cabins, great dining, recommend Jamie Oliver restaurant, shows were top notch and the service was ...
