Fantastic Cruise!

This was my first cruise since 1993. We have been on 6 Royal Caribbean cruises between '85 and '93 then kind of forgot about them. My mother brought up the idea of us all going again but my wife was very afraid of boats from getting bumped around our 24' speedboat. She and my 11-year-old son did NOT want to go, but after much coercing, they succumbed to their first cruise. In a nutshell, my ...

This was my 4th cruise in a row this winter. I´ve been on the Allure before but now it was a totally different experience. They must have packed in far too many people on this cruise! Somebody talked about 6200 or more passengers. Long lines to get something to eat, really bad service at dinner with food that was the worst so far on all of my cruises. Windjammer had very few choices, ...

Royal Caribbean is top notch. Did the Sea Trek excursion in Grand Cayman and it was excellent! Love the evening Dining experience. We always meet the nicest couples at the set time dining table. Loved the ship but as frequent cruisers we are finding that the bigger the ship the more kids and kid activities. Cruises on a smaller ship is just as nice. When going to Cozumel and Grand Cayman ...

We had an excellent experience on the Harmony of the Seas, and knew this would be outstanding as well. It was. For our group, the ports of call were not of paramount importance as long as it was warm and sunny. From past experience we knew Royal Caribbean provides a first class cruise with great new ships, excellent entertainment, crew, food and service and this cruise met those high ...

I loved my first time experience on a cruise and would recommand the Allure of the seas boat and Royal Carribean company to anyone who asks. Lots of entertainment and the waiters and dinning room staff was amazing. There was lots to do on the boat and in the shore excursions. The cabons were nice and clean, and the room attendant was very friendly with me and my son. For my next cruise, ...

We choose this cruise, because we wanted to see what the fuss was about on the larger ships. pros: 1-embarkation was flawless. Friendly, efficient people. we were made to feel welcome. 2- room was perfect, and ready early. Our room steward Charlie was the perfect. There when needed, but never intrusive. Room was kept up beautifully. 3- Main dining room food and service was very good, ...

We're working our way through the Oasis class ships. So far, we've enjoyed the Oasis, Harmony and now the Allure. Feb 2019 we're booked on Symphony. Really enjoy the bigger and newer ships. RCCL's Voom (internet) service is truly worth the money. It's fast and very dependable. Royal Caribbean's ships are always, clean, service and staff are attentive and friendly. Royal Caribbean has the ...

Great food. Entertainment, Royal Casino, Friendly except at Coastal Kitchen. On Formal Dining, Coastal Kitchen Manager made a table for 6 next to our Table, Parents with 4 Kids, age 1 to 6, crying and screaming, the Manager gave us another table further away, great. We requested a table at the window, no problem, but they made table for 4 next to us, should not be a problem, wrong, the Manager let ...

Just returned from a family trip to the Eastern Caribbean on The Allure and we can't say we were that impressed. The ship is huge and offers a variety of things to do for all ages (we had a 2yr.old with us) which was the reason we chose the ship. We have cruised with RC over the years( 6 cruises) and it seems as the ships get bigger food quality and service decrease. The meals in the dining ...

Mega Ship never again. Very Noisy, Over Crowded and showing its age

Many friend told us we should try a mega "Oasis Class" ship. Never again. The children on board 1,900 absolutely ruined it, they were everywhere 24/7, in every bar, store, restaurant, open space, you name it crying, screaming, climbing on furniture, being rude, disruptive. I put partial blame on the parents as always, parents aren't parents now, they think they are their child's friend, their ...
