Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

We had an absolutely amazing time on our 8 night Eastern Caribbean cruise. We took in the dolphins and shopping in Saint Kitts, the boardwalk and beach at St Maartens, the cobblestone streets of old San Juan and the beauty, both above and below the water snorkeling and enjoying the beaches and dragon coaster in Labadee. The sea days were just as much fun with the various sources of entertainment. ...

The ship wasn't even at full capacity and it was very crowded! Can't even imagine how awful this cruise ship would be at full capacity. Line ups after line ups for everything. Elevators were extremely slow, it was very difficult to find a table at the buffet places. There were more dirty tables, the staff didn't work fast enough to clear them or maybe there wasn't enough of them. Even with half of ...

pEmbarkation at Port Everglades was smooth but long. Only one gangplank was available which made boarding longer than usual, but the staff handled the situation well. The ship is amazing. I prefer the way the shops are setup on Oasis better than Harmony but overall the ship is wonderful and would be happy to go on her again. The cabins are so much nicer than Oasis. We loved the layout ...

We chose this cruise line for the high standard associated with Royal Caribbean and we chose the ship -Harmony- for the size and variety of the ship. It was the only ship that had an escape room and the PADI Scuba diving experience. Safe to say, we had no regrets for our choice. Embarkation was a bit strenuous (line after line), however one Gangway was broken which severely delayed our ...

Pre: We were a group of 12 ladies and flew into Ft. Lauderdale a day early and stayed at the Embassy Suites. Ages ranged from 21-54. We had a ball hanging out in Florida. The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport and to the port for $9 per person. Embarkation: You now have appointments in which to show up at the port which makes it a bit easier getting on the ship, even though ...

The cruise was very enjoyable and we had a great time. Cruise staff were excellent. Shore activities were great - particularly the trip to the Pitons to snorkel. All a very professional approach until the return journey which became a party - the crew were great - the shore staff even called us the party boat as we arrived back at the dock with minutes to spare music blaring and everyone ...

I chose this cruise because of the ports it sailed into we have started crusing the last three years and we try and pick very different ports. Which did not disappoint however some other aspects did. Ship was very nice older and smaller somewhat cramped but very clean. We had an Ocean view cabin was again very nice big with separate sleeping areas but older and a bit outdated. Food in ...

Ship: Serenade RCCL Radiance class. It has a very accessible layout. The Centrum provides a focal point for activities. It is large enough to find privacy but still small enough that one doesn't wear themselves out getting getting around. Cabin: 8006 deluxe oceanview cabin was forward, spacious with an extra set of shelves behind closet doors, very comfortable and quite. Itinerary: This is ...

Great room attendant 7534, great diamond club staff, great waiter table 614 Other staff does not seem committed like in past cruises. Almost felt as though we were bothering them for service. Food a huge disappointment in general. No flavor. Definitely have cut back on quality of meat. Coke package a joke. No coke machines diet caffeine free coke impossible to get most days. Would not ...

We chose this cruise not for the ship but for the destination. Had to travel 3.5 hours from our home to Fort Lauderdale and we were nervous wrecks by the time we got there. Park & Go was GREAT! Extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly suggest using them if you need to park your vehicle. Check in was awesome. Took no time at all and we were onboard. First snafu: we requested a handicap ...
