Wanted to try the Freedom because of the good reviews and the size of the ship. There are multiple issues here that I think only an experienced cruiser would understand. We have cruised with RCCL 11 times in the last 25 years. Every aspect of good customer service has gone down.

I chose this cruise for the value. Royal Caribbean as a good reputation, but maybe just because all the others are just not as bad.

This ship is amazing! We have incredible vacations and there is so much to do onboard you never get bored. I think jamaica port should get a little better, and the tours and pictures a little more accesible in price.

We had an amazing time.....from Embarkation to Disembarkation. This was our 2nd time on the Freedom of the Seas.

DISABILITIES: For those with disabilities, I thought I'd make this note since many might not have said anything. Only two sets of elevators on this massive ship, but most of the activities were only on a couple floors.

We are Crown & Anchor members and love Royal Caribbean...however, our cruise on Freedom of the Seas was by far our worst cruise! If I was a first timer on Royal Caribbean and took this ship I would book another cruise line.
