We only Cruise on Royal Caribbean. They make your cruise experience the best! Great service all around. Food is fantastic with good variety. Their shows and entertainment are top notch. The ship is very clean. The staff is great! Any time we had a question just about any staff member was willing to assist. The staff always greets you with a smile. All the public areas including bathrooms were very ...

This is our first big cruise and it was a pleasant surprise for us to see the crew was so prepared and everything was so much planned to provide guests the best cruise experience. ALL of the staffs we met were very polite and friendly. Care was taken preparing the cruise compass so that it covers all the required information. Even being the first cruise, we did not have to meet guest services ...

Lacks Quality Service, but Overall Great Ship

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

We traveled as a family with our 2 year old son. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary as well as 'babymoon' with our 2nd child being due later this year. Overall, ship features were great, but service was very poor. PROS: 1) Embarkation super quick and easy 2) Splash area for kids on deck 11 very large and nice 3) Tons of storage space in the cabins 4) Balcony railing is ...

Handicapped Cabin 6615

This cabin is a promenade cabin, designed for handicapped, however, the noise level should have been noted. The music was exceptionally loud on this cruise. I have been on Freedom a few times and never experienced such loud music. It was difficult to speak with guest services, during loudest times the bed in our room actually shook. This should be noted in the booking when selecting this room. ...

The ship is very large and I had no sea sickness. The food is 5 star and the wait staff is wonderful. Our stateroom attendant was friendly, kept our room spotless. I would definitely recommend Royal Caribbean. The only thing I didn't like was the escalator going to customs, after we left the ship. Very hard to ride down with our suitcases as we did the self express. Our captain, ...

We just returned from Freedom's Eastern Caribbean cruise. This was our second journey on this ship and time has been kind to her. She was as beautiful as on our 2012 cruise. The cabin was clean, the food was great (always), and each night we enjoyed a different show....we loved the ventriloquist. While the hurricane damage was evident on St. Maarten, it was still our favorite port of call. ...

Great ship but had problems

We have cruised on RCCL many times and never had any problems. For some reason this cruise we had a lot. The crew were great and thank goodness Guest Relations was great or we would have had a terrible time. We usually never have to go to Guest Relations but on this cruise we were there at least 5 times. They were small problems but when so many happens on one cruise it makes the cruise ...

Great First Experience on Royal Caribbean

I selected Royal Caribbean because I check out the reviews and heard about the great experience a friend of mine had on the Allure of the Seas. I decided to book a cruise with Royal Caribbean and I loved it! I've been on other cruise lines in the pass, but none compared to the overall experience I encountered with Royal Caribbean. The cabin was very nice. The dining experience was exceptionally ...

Beautiful ship with wonderful restaurants and decor. Central park was awesome and you felt like you were in a park and not on a ship. Very smooth sailing and did not feel any movement. The shows were fabulous and the Boardwalk was a kids dream come true. Staff were very friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make your experience wonderful. Cabins were spacious and was always made ...

RCCL has gone downhill

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

Wanted to try the Freedom because of the good reviews and the size of the ship. There are multiple issues here that I think only an experienced cruiser would understand. We have cruised with RCCL 11 times in the last 25 years. Every aspect of good customer service has gone down. This cruise line has completely lost its focus. It’s all about how much money they can get out of you. 52 dollars to ...
