Overall great experience. We had a grand suite and it was well worth the money. Very clean ship, very attentive service.
Food was beyond abundant and excellent. Room service is "free" however, that does not include everything. There is an up-charge for anything beyond the basics.
Entertainment was great. Plenty of shopping.

We chose this cruise because of the size of the ship and the great entertainment that the Oasis class offers. The shows were excellent. The actors and singers in Grease and Columbus were phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed the water shows and the divers. The food on the ship was a higher quality than all the ships we have been on and I’ve been on 33 cruises.

Awesome first cruise. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Ship was amazing. Loved the shows and the opportunity to register early for everything from meals to excursions. So much food all of it was very good. No need to buy expensive resturaunts because the free food is very good! Very fresh so much to choose from they never ran out of any food!!
It’s very clean. The boat was always being cleaned! Never trash laying around.

i came 2 days earlier to explore the departure city .Thing were organized for embarkation and disembarkation. Ship, Cabin, Dining, activities and service are excellent. For staff who took pictures may need to get more skills. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you are planning a cruise, but have not made up your mind, we certainly recommend RCCL. If you want a big ship experience, they have it with the Oasis class, including Harmony.
