In the past cruises, the bartenders are usually the most customer friendly, but this time it was all about the dining servers. Jefferson and Nilesh were absolutely superb! We had not sailed on a giant ship previously, so this was a new experience for us.
Yes, the ship is bigger, which means more walking and larger crowds at the buffet, but the larger ship means they are able to put on more professional entertainment and a larger assortment of other activities.

Our married children wanted to take a Family cruise. They chose the Harmony. I did not want to go on that ship. We had been on the Oasis and the Allure, and this was not my choice. They were crowded, especially in the buffet.

We chose this cruise line because we thought it would be great for our teenage daughters. It was a not a great experience for our kids. They tried every night to meet and mingle with other kids.
