Harmony of the Seas - Eastern Caribbean

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

We have cruised many times - Harmony is one of our favorite ships - the staterooms are a bit larger, the ship is immaculate, shows are great (especially the High Wire!) and staff is super friendly. Jeffrey, our cabin steward, was the best we have ever had. Although we didn't love the food at Wonderland, the experience was different and phenomenal. We did feel, however, that we were "nickled ...

Harmony of the Seas, great ship and mostly great experiences

This ship is simply amazing. It has so many things to do that we found it hard to fit it all in during our recent 7 day Eastern Caribbean cruise. Of the cruises we've been on this ship and it's on-board staff were the best. With the exception of a single staff member from the Next Cruise group, everyone we met were kind, professional and helpful. The ones we interacted with the most were our ...

Harmony of the Seas has an amazing customer service! In addition, the room service was exceptional too! This ship also provides great entertainment for kids; pools, golf, game room, kids club and water slides. It is very clean and modern. The night shows are excellent. I loved the Fine Line, and the ice skating "1887" ,except in my opinion, GREASE, because it has too much dialog. I had breakfast ...

We sailed for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. There were 4 of us (parents, me and DD--age 7) in a 1 bedroom Aqua Theater Suite on deck 14. My father has limited mobility so he traveled using his electric scooter. It was our first suite experience with Royal Caribbean and we were very impressed. Embarkation was smooth and we were on the ship quickly. The ship was outstanding! ...

I chose this cruise because our family wanted to do a vacation together. The embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly without any glitches. The layout of the ship was set up so getting around to different areas was so easy to maneuver. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made you feel so welcome, and worked hard to make the cruise a wonderful experience. They were a joy to interact ...

Good but not great.

New ship lots of lateral space but too many people. Lordy lordy, it's like an ant colony on the move. Room (Junior suite) smelled like a smoker's convention locker room and very Dusty. Balcony very large and bumped out for a better view. Hallways are a bit too narrow for two people to get by specially when you consider the fact that most cruisers are on the heavier than average ...

We choose this cruise for the ship! The ship is absolutely beautiful. There is everything on it that anyone could imagine ..from young to old. We went with a group of almost 50 people, from the ages of 18 to 68. There are activities for everyone. The restaurants are lovely. My complaint about cruise : I believe there is a lack of shore to ship communication. For example I have a large group ...

Had a great time. There were 12 of us ranging from 10 years old to 60. Embarkment was fast and easy. On board within 30 minutes and we went at 1030. Had 3 boardwalk balconies which we took down the divider to make 1 large balcony. Was on deck 14 this time, but previously on 8 and prefer 8 as we like to people watch and we were able to see the aqua theater better. Had my time dining and we did not ...

Beautiful ship, great activities, appreciated the cleanliness, and great workers and staff. Our room was very comfortable and the shower was awesome! We had the Drink Packages and they were well worth it. Drinks were great and the bar staff were very courteous and gave fast service. Thumbs up for the recreational staff. The swimming pool games were awesome. Dining was not as good as ...
