Harmony of the Seas has an amazing customer service! In addition, the room service was exceptional too! We sailed for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. There were 4 of us (parents, me and DD--age 7) in a 1 bedroom Aqua Theater Suite on deck 14. My father has limited mobility so he traveled using his electric scooter.
It was our first suite experience with Royal Caribbean and we were very impressed.

Had a great time. There were 12 of us ranging from 10 years old to 60. Embarkment was fast and easy. On board within 30 minutes and we went at 1030. Had 3 boardwalk balconies which we took down the divider to make 1 large balcony. Beautiful ship, great activities, appreciated the cleanliness, and great workers and staff. Our room was very comfortable and the shower was awesome!
We had the Drink Packages and they were well worth it. Drinks were great and the bar staff were very courteous and gave fast service.
Thumbs up for the recreational staff. The swimming pool games were awesome.
