This was my first time cruising and I chose to start with Harmony. This was an excellent cruise with phenomenal shows, activities and services. Were there occasional issues? Absolutely; however, I still immensely enjoyed my cruise. The main pitfall is that it does get crowded at times.

This is our 4th family sailing on the Royal Caribbean. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our cruises.
We were shocked and disappointed to see some changes this time, of course changes to make us pay more and for Royal Caribbean to make more money.

Picked an Acqua Theatre suite for a first class experience. Review is mostly a comparison to NCL which I cruise on a lot.
First the highlights - ship is beautiful with great wow factor (central park, acqua theatre, skating, variety of shows), acqua theatre shows were great, wifi worked well, good mobile app for your phone, nice fresh fruit smoothie bar by gym, and nice gym.
