Friendly staff. Kudos to RC for exemplary customer service. Giovanni's. Divine with great waiter. Central Park. Pristine. Sorrento's. Delicious antipasto bar. Activities. Event director passionate about guests enjoying themselves. Fun rumba/yoga classes. Cons Crowds. Too much waiting; elevators a nightmare. Cats. Boring. Sea pass bracelet. Paid for them so we ...

Nice Enough Cruise Overall

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Liberty of the Seas

We chose a 7 night Caribbean voyage for our first Royal Caribbean cruise. We had been to the 3 ports many times, but took totally different excursions. The itinerary was fun as usual, but this particular ship was older, outdated, and in need of a thorough deep cleaning. The any time dining plan was always crowded and a long wait. We like to keep a flexible evening just in case the day is running ...

Great, but could have been better

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Allure of the Seas

I will start off saying our cruise experience was really good. Overall, our party of 5 (4,25,26,54,55 y/o) all had a blast. We had two rooms and the service at our rooms was really good. Our head waiter (Joey) was great in the dining hall. A little shy, but slowly broke out of his shell. For the food, it left us wanting more. Some items were great! Some, not so much. We got a lot of over cooked ...

I dont even know where to start so I'll leave it short and not sweet. We stayed in Fort Lauderdale, rented a car for dropoff in Miami with a free shuttle to the port. -Took over an hour to find a chair by the pool. -EVERYWHERE is crowded and bottle necked. 45 min wait for a TACO. Terrible setup. -The service is poor. -The balcony room is smaller than what we experienced with ...

We chose this cruise to experience the Harmony of the Seas from Royal Caribbean. We have sailed on 4 of their other ships. Also, have cruised with Princess, Cunard, and Seabourn. We had doubts about such a large ship, but we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, there are a lot of people and lots of kids. That is what this ship attracts with all the activities like waterslides, zip line, flow ...

This was my family's 1st cruise. I can honestly say it was the first time that I can remember that I have taken a vacation and actually felt like I had one! We had two rooms - a balcony for my husband and I and an interior room across the hall for our sons. Angelica was an amazing attendant. Room was cleaned and towels refreshed twice per day. We ate in the dining room the first night but ...

We live nearby but hadn’t cruised this ship since 2014. Booked it only 90 days out and ended up with an inside cabin as it was the only available Accessible. The deck 4 location was convenient to dining and Centrum. The ship was easy to board and mostly easy to get around even on Day 1. The staff are all pleasant and cheerful although not overly so. We enjoyed the cruise overall. The dining ...

We picked this cruise because we had never been on RCCL. It turned out pretty good.. Mostly seniors over 50. Hardly any kids on board. Music and games were mostly for people growing up in the 50's and 60's. Cabin was small, but all we did was sleep there. Cabin steward was excellent. Asked to change beds to 2 singles and done promptly. Food in main dining room was OK....we have had better on ...

Very relaxing cruise on one of RCL's smaller ships

We're long-time RCL cruisers (Diamond Plus). Our favorite class of ship is Radiance Class, but we've been on a couple of Voyager class ships, plus a couple from other lines. This was our second cruise on the Vision class. We chose this itinerary because it included Belize and Roatan, and we hadn't been to either. We flew to Tampa the day before the cruise (we got burned once by a flight delay ...
