This was our last opportunity to experience "Legend Of The Seas" before she was transferred over to The Thompson Group. My wife and I loved sailing on this vessel - three times last year alone - and needless to say we are sorry ...
Boarded this cruise with no hassles, we checked in just after 10.50 am and were sitting down to lunch in the Windjammer by 11.30 am.
The food in the windjammer buffet was very good and had a great selection to choose from, this ...
Legend of the Seas Review.
In this review I’ll focus on the ship facilities and service. I also didn’t use the pool, spas, gym or set foot in the Day Spa. Not my scene (others can comment).
By way of background, this is ...
We chose to do this cruise as it was for New Year and departure port was Brisbane.
We also knew before we travelled that the ship had been sold, which made us think some things would be neglected.
The ship appeared to be clean and ...
The food was very good on the boat except Xmas dinner was disappointing. We choose the sit down restaurant most of the the time to eat over the buffet.
Some of the shows at night were disappointing but the onboard band was very good. ...
Just back from an eight day cruise to the South Pacific. What a wonderful time we had. Couldn't ask for anything more from the crew and the facilities on board. My only negatives and perhaps I am being harsh was the day stopover in Lito, ...
Check in went without any hitches ... thank you to the staff at the Port...
There was a mix up with our dining time despite everything our helpful travel agent did to arrange for 8 of us to do the 6.00pm dining months ahead. We were ...
By Far my most enjoyable family cruise. Our room attendant was fantastic, the food attendants in the Windjammer were on top of the food, cleanliness and drink service.
The variety of foods to choose from was very good. I think the ...
My wife and I just got off an 8 nighter on Legend, this was last minute decision as a very good rate became available. We had previously sailed on her in 2013 from Singapore to Dubai and had enjoyed the cruise. We had opted for a balcony ...
I was so looking forward to finally cruising with Royal Caribbean, I had been wanting to go for so long and was really looking forward to it, so when we saw a 3 night weekend cruise we jumped at the chance. I travelled with my mother (her ...

Chose this cruise as she, The Legend of the Seas has been sold and as a loyal RCL cruiser I could let her go without a farewell cruise.
I am fortunate enough to have sailed on this ship before and to have the opportunity to sail on her ...
This was my first cruise on the Legend of the Seas and would say that this is my favourite ship to travel. It is a shame that it is being sold, as it has been a welcome addition to the cruising scene in Brisbane.
Whist the ship is a ...
Royal Caribbean Legend of the Seas feedback from our trip on April-May 2016 from Brisbane to HongKong.
Food at Windjammer Café Buffet: Extremely boring and monotonous. It looks like the leftovers were turned into quiches or ...
Cruised 18 days Brisbane, Australia to Hong Kong. Embarkation okay, a few computer problems, but not bad. Cabin very nice - superior balcony, deck 7 #7112. Very roomy, lots of storage, nice bathroom.
Pros: Purchased Ultimate Drink ...
We had a wonderful trip on the Legend of the Seas. The weather was absolutely beautiful, the seas smooth and the service absolutely brilliant.
We mostly ate in the dining room and found the food good but the portions were often too ...
Legend of the Seas is eldest—or second eldest (1995) of the Royal Caribbean International (RCI) fleet, and either smallest or second smallest in size. She is well-maintained given her age and is only now beginning to show the ...
We chose this cruise because we had not been to any of the places on the itinerary.
We stayed 2 nights in Brisbane a lovely city.

The ship itself, Legend of the Seas, was very nice. All looked in good order, and the public areas were always clean and tidy.
Check-in was swift; this time, we packed bathers in our carry-on so that we could have a swim in the time ...
It was a last minute decision to sail on Legend of the Seas. Friends of our were already booked and asked us if we'd be interested in going. That was in February, not quite 2 months out from the sail date.
So, we scoured what few ...
This was our 5th cruise and our 4th on RCL - first from Brisbane. Embarkation was very smooth - seemed to go faster than all the ones from Sydney. Parked the car nearby at Portside parking for reasonable rates and dropped fellow ...
We have heard great reviews about this ship approx 1hr after boarding I wanted to get off and out of there when you walk in there is nobody to greet you and show you to your rooms which you can not access until 1300hrs this is beyond a ...
We booked this cruise over 12 months from departure as it was an Easter cruise and during the Easter School Holidays. Children only had to be out of school for two days. The price was very good and that is why we picked it and because it ...
We loved the Legend of the seas.
This was our 5th cruise. 1st obviously Nyah's Royal line.
The ship was small and do not take long to find our way around.
Staff were helpful, ship was clean and the buffet had a huge variety.
This was our 7th cruise with Royal, but our 1st on Legend. We have cuised in the South Pacific before and this itinerary took us to new places we had not seen. As we like the smaller RCships we chose Legend for this cruise.
