As first time cruisers we didn't know what to expect but took everything in our stride. We loved going around the med and visiting lots of different places. Apart from entertainment not being our cup of tea the rest of the cruise we couldn't fault. Entertainment on ship in the evenings was a little naff.. king n country pub had a good singer with guitar but he talked way too much and got ...

Have to be honest, I had resisted my wife's 'suggestions' to cruise for over 20 years. As I originate from England and my holiday experiences consisted of 'Butlin's' at Southport and Blackpool as a child, I dreaded the thought of being stuck in a constricted space with people who I might have little in common with and an expectation to dance and make a fool of myself, but expected to share my ...

We arrived to Barcelona three days before embarking and got to know the city and attractions in detail. The cruise was fantastic because the ports of call were very well planned and there were multiple options to take excursions. We took one each time to get the best of the trip. A remarkable note: the food at the main dinning was excellent and the service outstanding. Our waiters were ...

We had a wonderful cruise! We chose this cruise because the itinerary visited many ports around the Mediterranean that we wanted to visit and I liked that it had an overnight in Venice. I had heard great reviews about the Brilliance of the Seas, specifically about the staff and they were accurate. The staff of the ship truly made the experience special. If you really looked for it, you could see ...

Guest services were a disappointment and not courteous at all. We had a problem that was not handled in a professional manner by the staff and the guest services manager even refused to talk to me about my complaints. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed for every little thing on board as you are a captive audience. The children's adventure was amazing and they had a wonderful time. The ...

The main dining room was the only thing that we liked about this ship.

The food in the main dining room was really good, especially the beef. This is our fifth time cruising and our servers in the main dining room was the best we have ever had. They were very thoughtful and proactive fixing any issues. The food in the WindJammer cafe was just not good, especially lunch -- every day the menu looked the same and the food was just American food. Breakfast and ...

I chose this cruise because of the iternary, going to Venice was on my bucket list. The crew on this ship is outstanding...My cabin steward, and dining staff was commited to my satisfaction...I can't say enough on this ship and crew...I think RC is making a mistake on building bigger and bigger ships..In the past .I sailed on the Allure which just could not keep up with the number of ...

The reason we choose this ship was the itinerary was fantastic. Kotor was the one surprise, we knew nothing about it but it was our favorite stop! Royal Caribbean could do more to get passengers to public transportation. Several stops were a long hot walk to get out of the port. Venice was extremely hot and hard on the older members of our group. The ship needs lots of maintenance and renovation. ...

The selection of ports to visit on this cruise itinerary was an outstanding opportunity not to be missed. Our ship accommodations were very good with a staff that was truly professional. They anticipated our needs beyond our expectations. Dining areas and food was superb and ship was extremely clean at all times. The tours were very well organized and well worth the cost which was extremely ...
