It was advertised as President's cruise so we hoped there would be small gifts provided and great excursions and entertainment. We decided to give Royal Caribbean a try after a Princess Cruise last year. Overall we were very happy with the ship and the entertainment was better than we experienced with Princess. The all inclusive drinks package was great and saved a lot of time and hassle and we found the bar staff helpful and friendly even when the bars were very busy.

We wanted to see the Med. Sea. Figured the President's cruise would offer extras and it was loaded with them. The ports were all amazing too. If you are a C&A member the President's cruise kept adding little perks! There was even a party/concert for all of the passengers in Mallorca on the last night.

We really enjoyed our first RCCI cruise.
Loved the solarium except that the tiles are dangerously slippery. They have signs saying belongings on beds not used after 30 minutes can be collected at the towel point, but never did any one go and actually do this. We have never traveled to Europe and this trip gave us a taste and f so many different countries and cultures, one country at a time. Never did I feel I wasn't safe. I'm not intrested in excursions at all. I wanna have fun and be amused onboard, but I didn't.
Must of the activities in the Cruise compass ended up in som sort of selling. Tragic.
Ok, the ship is big, but have to be updated. The cabins seems too be furnished in the late 80's. The bathroom felt like a plastic box.

We chose this cruise as we had never cruised before and the Western Med seemed like a great destination. We booked our flights through Royal Caribbean and they booked one flight with a Iberian number, one with a BA number and both ended with us flying with Veuling. This caused some problems booking seats etc. and I can see no advantage to booking with RC than booking direct.
