Royal Caribbean does everything perfect. Ships are beautiful, staff is great, port of calls are awesome, food is super, Staff is top notch, entertainment is professional and well done with lots of variety. We like the Grandeur as it's near to home. I have seen other reviews with valid gripes, namely being solicited, repeatedly, to "buy" upgraded meals in the specialty restaurants, poor Guest Services experiences, stuff being added to our bill, and cruddy excursions, generally. Leaving from Baltimore was a breeze. Stayed at the Best Western right up the highway from the pier, right off 95, the night before. Free shuttle to pier and parking was included for the 13 days.
