We loved it! Service was amazing and that made the vacation fantastic! We traveled with my parents and my kids (13 and 9). RC changed the itinerary twice without compensation. They canceled a day at Coco Cay and replaced it with Miami of all places! Then they canceled grand Bahama island and made it 2 days in Nassau. But boat was fun and we had a great time.

The Grandeur is known as the happy ship for very good reason. I never experienced a cruise with such happy and friendly crew members. I loved the service and special attention and pampering that I received every day!

This is our 4th time on this ship. Great food and great service. We enjoyed the shows and all the actinide. We had the internet this time and had no problems with it. This cruise went to Ports that we enjoy. There is always a lot of choices in excursions. The food on the ship is outstanding. We ate at the wind jammer for every meal and were always happy with the food and service.
The shows are unbelievable and the orchestra is wonderful as are the dancers and singers.

Food was hard and overcooked, with very small portions being served. The ship deck windows and cabin glasses were dirty.
