NOISE LEVEL IN OWNERS SUITE UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Grandeur of the Seas

NEVER buy Owners Suite #8002 unless you enjoy being under the galley of the Windjammer and listening to the carts being drug back-and-forth all day and all night!!! It was a doozy. Reported to the Head of cooking areas, no reply and no solution. 9 days and nights was more than we could stand. The embarkation and debarkation was great, the ship was in great condition and the staff were a "10" on ...

Only a 4 hour drive from home, good price. It was a overall great cruise. My issues were, sail away party was inside even tho the weather was beautiful. Not enough pool side activities, and need more music and dancing at poolside. Also the poolside movie screen needs to show something more intresting instead of home videos of bloopers. The dining staff were amazing, especially Robert the ...

We chose this cruise because it left from Baltimore, which my wife and I had not seen before. It also was easily accessible by plane (not overseas, etc). We also liked the ports, in particular, Charleston, Miami, and Port Canaveral, where we went to Cocoa Beach. Unfortunately, there were some major drawbacks. First, Royal Caribbean International (RCI) has apparently done away with purchasing ...

The staff on the grandeur are some of the best to sail with they make you feel like family and even enjoy laughing with you, though the ship is one of the oldest it’s well kept and they work hard to keep it as nice as possible, unfortunately the cooks on the other hand must need a raise as the food seems to get worse instead of better, save yourself some disappointment and buy the dinner package ...

we chose this cruise with a group of people. The cabin was great , clean and service was excellent. The staff at the main dining hall were true professionals. The entertainment director was excellent. The staff in the main dining hall were nothing but professional. The pool bar staff were also amazing. Some of the meals at the main dining hall were over cooked example the fish. We enjoyed the ...

I enjoy the Windjammer selection and quality of food. Went to Chops and Giovanni’s. Both were good and worth the extra charge for the special dinning experience. My wife and I were glad we tried them but may only do one special dinning on our next cruise (did 4 on this 12 day cruise). Crew and staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful with any question or request I had. ...

"The Grandeur.... Best Cruise Ever!!"

The embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly. The ship was so clean, someone was always cleaning something. Our cabin was always clean and towels always replaced. Every night, coming to our room, we were met with a different animal on our bed.The dining was superb and the service was impeccable. They would always ask if everything is good and did we need, anything else. Always keeping our ...

Wanted to try Baltimore as we could drive and not fly. The Cruise Director Mike was the best we've ever had. Enjoyed the ship size and never felt rushed to get from point A to point B Enjoyed having options of movies in the Theater on cruise days. The live orchestra was fantastic! Headliner entertainment was exceptional. Embarkation & disembarkation went very smoothly. Though did need more ...

The staff were amazing! Especially Asir and Ashkay in the windjammer. Food was excellent. The room was small but set up well with lots of places to store our things. Smaller ship was great for our family with young kids. Adventure ocean was fantastic. My daughter loved it and wanted to go every day! The nursery was fantastic too. I wish that they didn’t charge extra for that ...

All aspects of this cruise were GREAT. The Cruise director was the best we had ever encountered. Here are the negatives........ Spa attendants were VERY condescending, the ONLY member of that spa team that was nice and helpful was the tall young male that worked there. The Casino could have been a better experience only because it was seriously UNDERstaffed. No change machines and not ...
