This was my husband and I first cruise to Bermuda. We have cruised thru RC in the past and was always satisfied. The RC staff have always been classy and professional in how they treat us. It seemed like the employees we came in contact with were kind and had a great sense of humor and provided awesome service, especially in the main dining for dinner, the waiter and waitress team named Shekar ...
I cruised out of Baltimore because it was more convenient than traveling to Florida and it offered a cruise to Bermuda, which I had not visited before this cruise. I had cruised with Norwegian to the Bahamas (and loved it), but I was excited to try a different cruise line and destination. My sister-in-law and I took this trip to celebrate our birthdays, so we were expecting a relaxing and fun ...
Chose this one because of the Black Friday deal and had some friends book along with us. Baltimore port was pretty convenient and the check in process went smooth. Very disappointed in the ship itself though. It’s old, needs updating and has very little to do for kids. 5 day to Bermuda only gives you 24 hours there even though itinerary is misleading by showing two days there. Bathrooms are tiny ...
This was my first cruise and my anxiety was high. It disappeared as soon as I got on board. The staff was incredible. Cruise Director Mike clearly works his tail off to provide great entertainment for everyone. Wait staff at bars remembered my name whenever they saw me.
The room was bigger than expected. Lovely vanity for getting ready and a couch for any visitors. The bed was very firm as ...
I was able to cruise out of my hometown in Baltimore and this was my first trip. I also traveled alone, so a short cruise was a good choice for me. There are many activities or opportunities to just relax. Bermuda was lovely, I have been there before and just love the island. I never want to leave and always want to go back.
The staff were extremely pleasant and professional. No one ever seemed ...
My husband, myself and another couple took this cruise so we could drive to the Baltimore port 20 minutes from where we live. The port is easy to navigate and embark and disembark. As most other cruisers we went directly to the Windjammer for lunch upon boarding, was crowded but manageable. The crew was quick and frequent to offer drinks and take away used plates and beverages. Always with a ...
Smaller ship and mature crowd made for a very enjoyable 9 days. Grandeur may be showing her age a bit but she is kept beautifully clean.
Above average entertainment overall (Rookie band was exceptional) and cruise director and his staff very outstanding. We felt the overall ship staff was above average in friendliness and was a real contrast to the recent MSC experience we had on ...
Wow! This cruise was perfect! The nine days seemed like being at a camp for grownups. We had more fun and laughed more on this cruise than we did during our eight previous cruises put together (we laughed so much that we lost weight on the cruise)!
Baltimore
The Port of Baltimore is a breeze to use. We enjoyed visiting the Inner Harbor post-cruise.
The ship

NEVER buy Owners Suite #8002 unless you enjoy being under the galley of the Windjammer and listening to the carts being drug back-and-forth all day and all night!!! It was a doozy. Reported to the Head of cooking areas, no reply and no solution. 9 days and nights was more than we could stand. The embarkation and debarkation was great, the ship was in great condition and the staff were a "10" on ...
Only a 4 hour drive from home, good price. It was a overall great cruise. My issues were, sail away party was inside even tho the weather was beautiful. Not enough pool side activities, and need more music and dancing at poolside. Also the poolside movie screen needs to show something more intresting instead of home videos of bloopers.
The dining staff were amazing, especially Robert the ...
