Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Odyssey of the Seas

This was our first cruise since the pandemic and we were expecting a lot because of the Odyssey being a new ship and all. Every crew member we encountered was above and beyond fantastic. The food and our stateroom was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Chops and were so pleased with our food and service. Thanks to all of the people who made our trip special and ...

This was our 4th RC cruise. We have been on Jewel, Navigator, Freedom and now Odyssey. This was the largest ship we have been on, As we have not tried an Oasis class ship. First, the good, and there was plenty of good: -Entertainment was awesome! The 270 venue is amazing, The Effectors was fun and kids loved it. Shows were as good or better than anything I’ve seen in Vegas. Very high tech! ...

Just returned today from our Anthem cruise! We were four adults 50 + years old. We drove to the port, parked in the garage. Rate have increased since Covid to $125 for the week. We had an arrival time of 1 pm. When you get in line - clarify if you are in the 1 pm line, or perhaps a later one. We got in the wrong line, but luckily figured it out and moved into a shorter line. Getting on ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Ok, I should have known better - Spring Break and we were travelling with Extended Family including two kids 4 & 5. Ship was crowded but at least everything seemed to be online and working. Loved (as always on the Oasis Class ships) the Aqua Shows and the ICe Shows. Stage shows and headliners were ok. Ship was clean but not spotless (too many kids?) Thank goodness for the sanctuary of the ...

We loved our cruise on Odyssey of the Seas. Great bar service, great(if corny) entertainment, lots of great food, great rooms, so-so windjammer. Loved.. Showers in the cabin, just a bit larger and better doors than on freedom class we've been on Specialty rest., chops and wonderland were awesome Campfire cookie in Playmakers, OMG Music Hall and 270, great places to see ...

Here’s the TLDR version up front, then if you want details, they are provided below. THE GOOD: Great food, mostly great entertainment, exceptional staff, nice ship, nice room, excellent casino, CocoCay! Post COVID cruising is 85% of what it used to be and we had a blast. No masks were required on the ship as all travelers were mandated to be vaxed and tested prior to sailing. THE ...

Typical cruise, nothing particularly different

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Wonder of the Seas

We chose Wonder because it was the biggest cruise ship in the world. We have never been on an Oasis Class ship, so why not the latest and biggest, right? Well, this ship really doesn’t seem to offer anything more than the other Oasis ships do, except one additional bar, one new restaurant, a playground, and the “suite neighborhood.” If you’re not in a suite, it’s a pretty typical cruise ...

We literally just got off the ship. We are on a bench waiting for our Go Port bus. We have used Go Port twice and like it. The good: We enjoyed the Grease show. It is just singing and dancing but lots of fun. We thought the food in the MDR was as good as when we were on Harmony. We liked the ship just as much as Harmony. We love CocoCay! No need to pay for anything extra. Plenty of ...

It’s a new adventure & I wanted to be on the Wonder. I had reservations at 3 restaurants & was disappointed in all of them. The first was Izumi Sushi, not the Hibachi side of the restaurant. Spider Roll was not very good. Skipped dessert. The 2nd was Hooked. Had the lobster & it was mealy. 2nd lobster was brought out, also mealy. Skipped dessert. 3rd was Mason Jar. I had the BBQ Brisket & it ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

User Avatar

We booked this trip as an alternative to going to Florida around Spring Break & bc we couldn't go see any spring training games. The price was fantastic for the interior cabin we chose. We really just wanted to get away to a bit warmer weather & crash in the Solarium, so the itinerary/cabin combo weren't our primary worries this trip as they sometimes are when booking. I also didn't look to see ...
