We booked symphony of The seas a few months ago. Mainly because it was the biggest ship and one of the newest ships in the world. This is our 12th cruise, the last seven have been on Norwegian.

We have sailed on the Anthem previously (two years ago) and are Diamond cruisers with Royal. We have sailed on several other lines, but Royal is our favorite. We have never been disappointed on Royal.

Picked symphony because we wanted to be on a big ship with more to do with kids. The ship is amazing, spotless. Never felt crowded except first day boarding the ship. Poor entertainment. Cruise director not great and daily activities were poor. Ship had new carpet but that is it. Breakfast in main dining room was SLOW and COLD when served. Lunch and dinner good in dining room.

We booked the President Cruise to attend the Hall and Oats concert live. We are diamond members and were told on the ship that we could not attend the live concert due to high demand. You would think if Royal was Loyal to their customers they would add a extra show. This is not rocket science just good customer service. and planning.
