I am highly claustrophobic and yet I had no problem in cabin 206 on the River Empress. Every time we used a towel, it was changed out by the staff. Service was the best we have ever seen! Small but plenty of storage. Opulent amenities. Lots of mirrors so it seems bigger than it is, which is a good thing! We enjoyed the in room music stations on the TV. The window was huge, not floor to ceiling, but wall to wall - like the frame of a giant flat screen TV, the view outside being the show! Doors could use a fresh coat of paint. Upholstery could be stain treated. Towels were not soft and luxurious. The shower gel, body lotion could be a more recent version that L'Occitane supplies.
Size of cabin is significantly smaller than Catherine. No room to move due to size of two chairs, a table and footstool which are house size dimensions. Read entire member review >>
150 feet of compact space. Storage for luggage under bed. Had large picture window with bonus ledge for papers, etc., 2 straight chairs and small round table in front of window, curtain and room darkening shade. Well equipped with bottled water, ice bucket, flat screen TV in desk/vanity area. Comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of hangers in 3 built in closets, large safe. Thick terry robes and slippers provided.
Luxurious but small bathroom, no tub. Lighted make up mirror, hair dryer. Night light in bathroom ceiling.
