Why Choose Silver Spirit?

  • Pro: Butler service for all, and some of the best cuisine at sea
  • Con: Like most luxury cruise ships, this one lacks facilities for children
  • Bottom Line: Intimate, Art Deco-style ship with a crew that knows how to execute excellent service

Silver Spirit for Families

Editor Rating
Families
1.0

Silversea is not a good option for families with small children. However, the line does allow children to sail with them as long as they are at least six months old on most itineraries and at least 12 months or older for an ocean crossing. Silversea does reserve the right to limit the number of children under the age of 3 on any given sailing. There is no kids club onboard, no special programs for little ones and no babysitting of any type.
