Sea Cloud Hussar Overview
Editor's Note: Factoria de Naval Marin, the Spanish shipyard where Sea Cloud Hussar is begin built, has filed for bankruptcy. This has caused the construction of the Sea Cloud Hussar to come to a halt. According to a spokesperson for the line, "Sea Cloud Cruises still wishes to complete the ship, but until we have a clear course of action the Hussar is on hold."
If and when the 136-passenger Sea Cloud Hussar debuts, it will become the fourth ship in the venerable Sea Cloud Cruises fleet. At over 440 feet long, the full-rigged, three-masted tall ship would become the largest in the world of its kind.
Onboard, passengers will find a lido bar and bistro; lounge; traditional restaurant; library; spa with sauna, steam bath and relaxation area, hydro-massage shower, treatment rooms; swimming platform; sun deck; and gym. All cabins are oceanview and feature bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers, TV's and direct e-mail access.
