Holland America ships make their way all over the world and sail from many different homeports. The line maintains a significant presence in the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Canada, New England, Panama Canal, Hawaii and Australia. It's also committed to exotic and multiweek itineraries with a series of Grand Voyages to South America and Antarctica, the Black Sea, Pacific and Far East and Africa, as well as annual world cruises of more than 100 nights.
Holland America was one of the first companies to offer Alaska cruises, and it's an area where the line stands out in a crowded field. It offers an array of seven-night cruises, as well as extended cruisetours to Denali National Park and Canada's Yukon. The line also has its own private island, Half Moon Cay, in The Bahamas, where passengers can enjoy exclusive access and amenities that include complimentary barbecue lunches and beach chairs.
