CDC Ship Inspection Report
All passenger cruise ships arriving at US ports are subject to unannounced inspection. Ships are rated to determine if they meet CDC sanitation standards in the following areas: water; food preparation and holding; potential contamination of food and general cleanliness; storage and repair. A score of 86 or above is considered "satisfactory" while ratings of 85 and below are considered "unsatisfactory." CDC reports are updated monthly, while ships are inspected periodically.
