Our interior cabin was clean and comfortable, but was missing vital information including the room service menu. The shower is dreadful and needs to be angled just right to stop it flooding the bathroom. There was often a bad sewerage smell coming from the bathroom even though the toilet was clean. Deck 10 forward, in the corridor to the bridge. Quiet. Spacious as far as cabins go. Motion does not bother us at all, but being on deck 10 it would be noticed by the faint hearted. Absolutely great position, being just one deck up to the solarium and pool deck, were we spent most of our time. Read entire member review >>
This was a fantastic location as it was midship and only two decks down from the pool or windjammer cafe however unsure why on occasions we could hear the baby next door crying and people coughing next door. It was a quad berth next door and I suppose their bed was hard up against our wall. Other than that I was surprised at how big our cabin was compared to other lines we have travelled with. Also I sleep really well in a dark room. The first time we did an inside cabin I used to leave the bathroom light on but now I just love the dark room and in the morning we just turn the TV on to see what the weather is outside. For us a cheaper cabin means we can spend more money elsewhere. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was an inside room (9569). It was spacious, clean and practical. There is so many space in the cabinets including the bathroom. The cabin was quite and in a good position. Our steward was Sebastian who was always helpful, efficient and friendly. Read entire member review >>
We were housed in 9003 and 9001, interior staterooms on the 9th deck, front left-hand side. This placed us away from noisier areas of the ship (deck 11) and restaurant decks (deck 11, 4 and 5), but close to staircases and lifts leading to the Solarium, Aurora Theatre and Gym. Stateroom 4557 was fine. Quiet, although you could just hear the entertainment from the bar on deck 4 if you really tried. certainly didn't bother us. Very clean, looked after very well by our attendant. The bed was very comfortable. Enough room for the two of us. Shower & Toilet pretty small, but hey, were on a ship. Would pick the same cabin again. Read entire member review >>
I was in an Inside Cabin on Deck 9. Giving that it was only 160 sq. ft., I was very surprised on how roomy the cabin felt to me. I like the fact I had a sofa instead of just a chair. The bathroom was pretty typical of what most cruise lines are doing. What is surprising to me though was the lack of amenities the bathroom has. No hair conditioner, no hand lotions, just a bar of soap on the sink and shower and a wall pressed shampoo. I usually shower at the gym, but none of those amenities there as well. No chocolates at night either. My Cabin Steward, Oscar, is awesome. He is friendly and has my cabin ready when I need it to be. Read entire member review >>
