This is a wheelchair accessible cabin. It is very well set up for someone in a wheelchair to use, although the toilet is very low. It is close to the elevator and is very convenient.

We were in the Balmoral suite which is on decks 9 & 10 at the very back of the ship on the side not in the middle. The terrace was HUGE but overlooked from the Queens terrace above. There's a hot tub on the Queens terrace which could be noisy at night with people using it which they shouldn't have been at that time of night. it was directly over our bedroom. Our butler Peter was wonderful and very helpful. The room was always spotless and tidy. We had a treadmill in our room so I didn't have to go up to the gym, great! We had a dressing room each and a bathroom and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs was a enormous lounge / dining room with a kitchen and another shower room. We were a bit worried about being on the very back but it was fine. The only thing we heard was the engines slowing for the Pilot approaching New York. We really didn't want to get off. We'd never be able to afford that suite again. It was offered as a very reasonable upgrade at the last minute. It was originally for President Bush but because it's on 2 floors it wasn't suitable and he was given a suite at the front. We were very lucky.
