Our stateroom, called a veranda suite, on upper promenade deck, was quite worn. The wood areas were dinged up and the couch and cushions on the veranda chairs were worn and appeared dirty. The most disgusting thing was finding some sort of piece of candy or throat lozenge in the pillow case !

Enjoyed the walk-in closet and despite the weather--cool and occasionally rainy--also enjoyed the verandah.

Rough around the edges. longtime cruise
Cabin was sufficient. Walk in closet was great. Not enough outlets (2). Furniture a bit worn.

Verandah stateroom #153 was quiet and comfortable. Midship location meant smooth sailing. The closet space was ample, but there was only one electrical outlet. We enjoyed the verandah, but the furnishings in the room were tired and scuffed. My husband kept hitting his head on the wall mounted lamp. The bathroom was elegant, and the bathtub appreciated. I would book this stateroom again!

Nice balcony, usually quiet, no smokers on either side. Great walk-in closet. Comfortable bed. Couldn't fit large suitcase under the bed (as on Vista class ships). Large shelf under the sink in the bathroom. Small, stand-up shower. Not many hooks in the room for hanging clothes on.

Cabin 111. Small. Bathroom door did not function properly. Bureau beat up looking. Very handy location.

Room A 150. Room and veranda were great. Location mid ship gave us a smooth ride through some of the treacherous waters around antarctica. Bed comfortable. pretty tight squeeze to sit at the desk and have another person walk around the room. No space between foot of the bed and bench for vanity.Would prefer two comforable lazy boy -type chairs to one couch and one chair.
