Nice size, but the widows was pitted, paint streaked and possibly had a blown seal, so the view out was not as good as it should have been. The walk-in closet and wonderful bathroom, with tub were appreciated. Read entire member review >>
Excellent Cabin! This one is down low and in the middle of the ship. It minimizes the "Motion of the Ocean". We chose it for our Transatlantic cruise and are glad we did! The closet is superb, as is the bathroom. In fact, everything about this cabin was excellent! No noise above or below us. Read entire member review >>
We were in a standard OV cabin, 5th deck which was compact but adequate. For this cruise, given the temps, the open pool and/or a veranda was of little use except for a few sunny hours on less than a handful of days returning from shore or on a sea day. Read entire member review >>
Cabin 387 is Main deck starboard side beyond the elevators in the back. Thus there is a lot of shaking in the cabin when the ship is trying to dock. Often this is early in the morning and it can wake one up. The cabin has a shower but no bathtub which is OK with us as the shower is easy to get in and out of even when the ship is rocking. Access to the rear elevators/Lido/dining room is excellent.
There is a window for views and light. The dressing table and chair are situated so that you cannot get by the bed when someone is sitting at it as the cabin is too narrow. Otherwise the cabin has excellent storage and good air conditioning control. Occasionally the hall smells of diesel fuel when the ship is being filled with it. Read entire member review >>
Good size, wonderful walk-in closet, good bathrooms, nice layout! You must lift up the bed to slide your big suitcases underneath. Othewise they will take up too much space in the closet. Read entire member review >>
We were upgraded to an outside cabin 476 (from a K guarantee) on the Dolphin deck in the main body of the ship but near the aft elevator which was an excellent location. In the evening when I wanted a cup of tea I walked a few yards to the elevator, zoomed up to the Lido and walked a few feet to the hot water machine to fill my tea cup. It took less than 5 minutes to bring the tea back to our cabin. Likewise the elevator took us right to the main entrance to the dining room. The cabin itself was very comfortable with lots of storage space including a walk-in closet. Extra suitcases that didn't fit under the king size bed were taken away. The cabin had only a shower with a French shower extension head that served very well.Hair dryers were provided. The cabin was quiet and we had a nice view from the window. The best thing was we bought the unlimited washing package and all clothes were returned clean, folded or on hangers within a few hours or the next morning. This kept everything very orderly as no storage space was crammed with dirty clothers. Read entire member review >>
453 oceanview, on Deck 5. Deck 6 had self service laundry, Deck 4 was disembarkation deck for shore excursions. Close enough to elevators to go to Lido dining on Deck 11 or MDR on Deck 7.Our cabin was clean, nicely furnished, quiet with a large bathroom, full tub, large walk in closet , plenty of storage space, nice desk/dressing table. Sofa, chair and coffee table in sitting area, good quality bed linens and plentiful, thick towels. Read entire member review >>
