Just returned from the Grand Med cruise on Island Princess, unfortunately the itenery changed, so we missed a lot of our points of interest, parts of Istanbul where closed, so why they changed the ports to do that one second I have no idea, other points of interest we sailed through during the night so missed them.

We chose this cruise for the itinerary. It was our first cruise so had nothing to compare it to and no idea what to expect from Princess. Overall, we were impressed and will definitely cruise again. Majority of the passengers were Brits and Americans but also lots of Australians and Canadians. Most we spoke to seemed to think Princess were one of the better cruise companies.

I booked this cruise very last minute and actually didn't do a lot of research prior as there wasn't time. I knew Princess was a nice cruise line, but hadn't sailed with them before, and found out the ship had just been through a major drydock.
