We wanted to go to Ireland so we went a few days early to do a short tour of Ireland & then were able to see countries as we made our way to do the transatlantic crossing. The ship is old but everything worked. The cruise staff was great. Would have liked to hear more updates from the captain. This ship is in terrible shape. Carpets are worn and faded, beside being dirty.
The elevator doors are all scraped and peeling.
Our cabin steward was less than honest.
The food was average and the same as all Princess cruises. Nothing new.
Cruise director staff was very inexperienced.
Elevators were under constant repair.
The entertainment was actually above average.

Chose this cruise for the itinerary. We were disappointed by the ship, particularly the Horizon Café and the entertainment. The Café custo0mer areas were small and filled wit barriers which made it difficult to find your partner.
